2007 Domaine des Miquettes Saint Joseph

An escapee from the Cave Cooperative of Tain, Paul Esteve made his first wine in 2004. His St-Joseph vineyard at Sécheras is at the top of the southern sector. His 2007 St. Joseph Rouge smells and tastes of cured bacon, smoke, white pepper and soil that is far richer than the low alcohol may suggest.
