2007 Mount Eden Vineyards Chardonnay "Saratoga Cuvee" Santa Cruz Mountains

Mount Eden’s light straw-colored 2006 Chardonnay Saratoga Cuvee reveals an attractive bouquet of honeyed citrus, nectarines, mangoes, and white flowers in the background. The wine is medium-bodied, crisp, and refreshing. Drink it over the next 3-4 years. 

Fresh and fragrant. Very tight, green and flinty, but well-focused, intense and vibrant, with a long, clean finish. Drink now through 2011. 1,839 cases made.
