2008 Frederic Trouillet Pouilly-Fuisse "aux Chailloux"

Not to be confused with Pouilly-Fume in the Loire valley, these wines are complex and rich in taste and feel luxurious in the mouth. This example from Frederic Trouillet is a zesty wine, rich with ripe fruit and a clean mineral-like texture. Great served as an aperitif or with a selection of seafood dishes.
