From the team behind Evening Land Vineyards, Once Wines is an annual project in which Sashi Moorman, winemaker for Evening Land's wines produced in Santa Rita and Sonoma, collaborates with leading sommeliers to blend exclusive wines for their restaurants. Each year small amounts of these wines are released to retail.
Once Wines "Sorcerer" is an exotic blend of Cabernet, Grenache, Syrah, and Petit Verdot. A big, bold red, this is sure to be a new favorite of anyone who likes Orin Swift's "The Prisoner" or similar blends.
