The Vineyard is dedicated to discovering wines of the highest quality. Many of the best wines available today are made by what we call “independent producers.” These wines often represent the greatest wine values for your wine dollars. Independent producers usually do not elect to engage in national marketing programs. Their investment is focused completely on the wines they produce—for them it is a labor of love. The cost of a national marketing campaign is therefore not factored into the shelf price of these wines (as such costs must be for vineyards that launch such campaigns). The Vineyard’s staff, with over 50 years of experience in the fine wine trade, will expand your wine experience through The Vineyard’s monthly club selections. Each month, members of the Harvest Wine Club will receive the designated number of selections of some of our best finds of the month.

The Vineyard has designed its Harvest Wine Clubs to fit all wine budgets, and to allow you to sample wines at three critical price levels. Let The Vineyard’s staff surprise and delight you with wines before the accolades come pouring in from major wine and food publications.

Here’s how it works. Three wines will be offered at three different levels of value; Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. As a benefit of membership, these fine wines will be at a minimum of 10% below our normal retail price.

Gold:	3 wines for $35 per month
Gold Plus:	6 wines (2 each) $65
Platinum:	3 wines for $70 per month
Platinum Plus:	6 wines (2 each) $130
Diamond:	3 wines for $99 per month
Diamond Plus:	6 wines (2 each) $189

Membership Maintenance

You can join one or more of the Vineyard Harvest Wine Club levels at any time. If you wish to switch your Club level or cancel your membership with the Club, simply send us an e-mail before the first of the month in which the change is to be effective. All Club correspondence should be sent to: HarvestWineClub (at) thevineyardva.com. Your request will be honored promptly.

Billing
All memberships require a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, or American Express) which will be kept on file with The Vineyard. This information will be kept confidential at all times, in accordance with The Vineyard’s policies.

Sales Tax – Shipping and Handling
The monthly price does not include sales tax or shipping and handling charges. These charges are extra and applied where applicable. The Harvest Wine Club wines will be offered every month, but we will only ship the wine to members from September through the following June. Shipped wines can only be delivered to states that allow direct shipments to homes of purchasers over the age of 21. Some of these states may have additional requirements to ensure delivery. We will do our best to provide you with that information at the time of your order. If you choose to have your wines shipped during the months of July and August, we will do so only at the buyer’s risk, and at an extra cost for overnight or two-day shipping to avoid spoilage.

Ordering Additional Wines

Harvest Wine Club members will be given priority, subject only to availability, to purchase additional supplies of wines offered through the club. Additional wines from our regular stock can also be added to your Harvest Wine Club order. This would include wines featured in our weekly newsletter, or from our website.

Prices for wines are subject to change. We make every effort to maintain the prices quoted throughout the month they are offered. Availability may be limited to quantity on hand.
