Shipping & Delivery
We are unable to ship to AR, DE, GA, KY, IL, MA, MD, MI, MS, MT, OK, PA, RI, SD, TX, TN, UT, WA. If you are a resident of Alabama you will need to obtain authorization from the Alabama ABC, for more information, the necessary form can be found here
All shipping rates quoted are guidelines. Additional charges will occur for:
Shipping boxes$14.00 (12 btl) $8.00 (6 btl) $6.00 (3 btls) $4.50 (1 btl)
Adult Signature: We follow industry guidelines on shipments containing alcohol, including requiring an adult signature before delivery. All such shipments will be charged an additional $4.50 per package.
Insurance: We add insurance to our shipments in order protect our customers from any lost or damaged packages.

Returns & Replacements
The Vineyard is fully committed to customer satisfaction. If you suspect the wine you ordered is bad, please just put the cork back in the bottle, do not empty out the remaining wine-we can't take back any empty bottles! If you find any errors regarding type of wine and vintage, please call us at (703) 288-2970 or send an e-mail to info@thevineyardva.com notifying us of the error. We will arrange to have the package picked up and returned to us for inspection. Once the package is returned to us, we will confirm the error and send out a replacement package. If you wish to return your wine for any other reason you may do so. Please re-pack the wine and send it to "The Vineyard, 1445 Laughlin Ave, McLean, VA 22101". In order to speed up your refund process, please include a copy of the original sales receipt with your shipment. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Any claims related to incorrect shipments or damaged product must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
